FAQ

Why do I need a ticket?

We want to make space for as many people as possible to join us on Easter. By reserving a ticket you will help us better spread attendance across all seven of our gatherings. This will also help us better anticipate how many people will be attending Easter gatherings.

Do my kids need tickets?

Yes. We will be offering a special program just for kids upstairs in our Soul City Kids space. They will not want to miss the fun happening upstairs! Click here to learn more about Soul City Kids.

Does my ticket guarantee me a seat in the auditorium?

An auditorium ticket will guarantee you a seat in the auditorium. An overflow ticket will provide a seat for you in one of our 3 overflow experiences. Seating is first come, first served with either ticket option.

Can I reserve tickets for my friends and family?

Yes. We would love for you to bring guests, and you can register for tickets for your guests. We’d ask that you only reserve the number of tickets you’ll need for people who’ve committed to coming with you.

What if I reserved a ticket to a gathering and my friend wants to come with me, but that gathering is now full?

First, we’d ask you to consider switching to a gathering that is not full, but we understand if that is not possible. Your friend will not be turned away at the door without a ticket. All open seats will become available 5 minutes prior to the gathering start, so we will be able to seat anyone without a ticket at that time.

Will there be Soul City Students on Easter?

No. Students are being encouraged to serve on Easter. Contact Kurt Duggleby if you have any questions about Soul City Students.
