Currently Soul City is interviewing applicants for the following positions:

Executive Assistant for Lead Pastors’ Office

This person will support, champion and assist both Lead Pastors for Soul City Church.  This person will be responsible for administrative, strategic and personal support and should have excellent administrative, communication and project management skills.

Facilities Director

This person will provide strategic and operational oversight for all Soul City Church buildings and facilities. They will lead and develop teams of volunteers dedicated to ensuring that all Soul City facilities are cared for with excellence and attention to detail.  We are looking for someone with previous experience in areas like facility management, maintenance, and construction coordination.  This person must be organized, thorough, highly responsive and able to solve problems creatively.

First Impressions Coordinator

This person will provide leadership and develop teams of volunteers to make Soul City a welcoming and enjoyable environment, where people are drawn to Jesus, community and transformation. This person must be people focused, strategically creative, and capable of developing people to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Director of Care

This person will equip leaders to care for people and couples in safe and caring environments. This person must be an experienced trainer/ facilitator with the ability to develop and mentor leaders and teams of volunteers. This person must also understand the biblical basis for care and is connected to God in prayer. This role requires significant discernment, wisdom and the ability to hold confidential information.
